Neven Residential Building

Description

The project has a total built-up area of 9890 sq.m over eight floors, accessible via two separate entrances. The underground floor is occupied by parking places. The building will offer studios, one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments with straight walls, various exposures and spacious premises. Commercial properties and apartments with own gardens will be available on the ground floor. A playground will be built in front of the building, for the convenience of the children and their parents. The slight slope of the terrain allows for great sea view, revealed from the majority of the apartments.

The construction will be done utilizing the latest technologies, which will contribute to the modern outlook and the high quality of build.  The stepped architecture allows for optimal sunlight of the apartments.

The façade will combine HPL, natural stone and mineral plaster, on high quality thermo insulation with 10 cm minimum thickness, high quality bricks and windows, providing high energy efficiency. Three high speed lifts will service all floors of the building, including the underground level. The flooring of the common areas will be of natural granite tiles with Inox railings. The doors of the two entrances and the garage doors will be Hörmann, the garage doors will be remotely operated.
