Description
Construmax completed the construction of a winery with hotel, restaurant and SPA centre. The Building is realized in contemporary Bulgarian style and is located in the picturesque village of Ovcharovo, only 10 km from the municipal centre of Targovishte.
The total area of the project is 2600 sq.m with landscaped 10 000 sq.m. garden. The restaurant can sit up to 200 people – 100 inside and 100 out, on a panoramic terrace. The hotel has 18 rooms and 3 studios.
The wine, produced here can be tasted and enjoyed all year round. The consultant for wine production is from Bordeaux and has achieved impressive results. The capacity of the winery is 150 000 bottles annually, with the grapes coming from own vineyards, planted with French vines.
The SPA is equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, showers. Swimming pool will be built early in 2016.
